History
Prospectuz DGTAL Ltd. was founded in the United Kingdom by Abdurashid Atahanov and Feruza Atahanova. The company was initially incorporated in London on January 2008 as Atahanov Online Ltd. but later was renamed to Prospectuz DGTAL Ltd. Originally from Uzbekistan and having gained international study and work experience, the founders couple had a clear vision from the early beginning of the kind of business and organization they wanted to build.
In 2010 the couple moved back to Uzbekistan in order to research the local market in depth, assess it current needs and opportunities, and reshape their business strategy. In order to carry out such activities, the Representative Office of Atahanov Online Ltd. was established in the city of Namangan with the permission of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Affairs Investment and Trade of Uzbekistan and set a team of bright, skilled and experienced specialists.
Once the necessary initial stage digital products and services were developed, the foreign representation status was changed to a limited liability company in order to engage in commercial activities locally, thus Prospectus Digital LLC was established in 2012 and became a strategic partner of Prospectuz DGTAL LTD to market its products and services in the region.
